Shipping & Returns


All orders over $50 qualify for FREE FedEx Ground delivery in the lower 48 states. FedEx ground delivery is 3-5 business days depending on what part of the country you reside. Orders below $50 dollars will be charged a shipping fee that will be calculated in checkout based on where the items are shipping.

You are allowed to upgrade your shipping such as choosing FedEx 2-day or FedEx overnight. This is an additional expense and will populate in the checkout process. 


Orders are expected to be processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days. Expedited orders have a same day ship time cut off at 10:00 AM CST.

Order Shipment Notification & Tracking

Once an order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping notification to the email address that you provide in your checkout process. This email will allow you to monitor and track your shipment as it is in transit to you.

Where We Can Deliver

We ship via FedEx and therefore we are unable to deliver to PO boxes. Please provide us with a valid street address at which you can accept delivery of a package.

Undeliverable Packages

Packages will have three delivery attempts. Once the third delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the package will be redirected back to us which will result in refund minus the cost of outbound shipping and a 15% restocking fee. 

FedEx Delays

Bolotor is not responsible for any FedEx delays whether it be a weather delay, an operational delay, or any other form of delay. We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences this may cause you but we thank you for your understanding as that this is outside of our control.  

Need to change an address?

We understand that errors happen and sometimes you may need to change an address after you have placed an order with us. Please reach out to our Customer Service team they will be able to look into this for you. If your order hasn't been fulfilled than we can edit this address for you free of charge. If this order has been fulfilled and is already in transit to you, we will need to collect a $18 address change fee and then one of our team members can have this address corrected through FedEx.

Wanting to Cancel an order?

If you are wanting to cancel an order, please reach out to our Customer Service team ASAP. If your order hasn't been fulfilled then we can still cancel you order. If this order is already in transit to you, we will be unable to cancel your order and you will be left with two options: 

1: Refuse delivery of the package and it will be redirected back to us. Upon receiving the package, we will issue a refund minus the outbound shipping and a 15% restocking fee.

2: If you receive the package, you will need to contact our Customer Service and they will be able to provide you with return instructions.

Return Information

You can return new/unused items within 30 days of purchase. 

Please contact our Customer Service team to request a return. Returns require an image or a statement as to why you wish to return your items. Orders that qualify will be emailed return instructions that will allow you to return your order.

Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you place a new order with us of greater or equal value and your items are returned in new/unused condition, we will waive your restocking fee, however the cost of outbound shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please contact our Customer Service team with any further questions or concerns about our return process.
