BOLOTOR Authorized Dealer Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 5/1/2025

Opening Order Requirements

  • Minimum opening order: $1,000 USD (before taxes and shipping).
  • Minimum quantity per SKU: 4 units to ensure proper merchandising.
  • Orders below the opening minimum will not be accepted unless approved in writing by BOLOTOR.

Reorder Requirements

  • Minimum reorder amount: $500 USD.
  • No per-SKU minimums required for reorders.

Payment Terms

  • All first orders must be paid in full prior to shipment.
  • Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, ACH Transfer, or Wire Transfer.
  • Net 30 terms may be offered upon credit approval for future orders.

Shipping & Freight

  • Orders are FOB (Freight On Board) BOLOTOR 5651 FM 971 Georgetown, TX 78626.
  • Freight costs are the responsibility of the retailer unless otherwise specified in a show promotion or special agreement.
  • Free shipping for orders over $1,000 USD (continental U.S. only).

Pricing & MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) Policy

  • Retailers must adhere to BOLOTOR’s MSRP pricing guidelines.
  • BOLOTOR maintains a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) equal to no less than 90% of MSRP.
  • Discounting below MAP without prior approval will result in suspension of wholesale privileges.

Sales Channels Policy

  • BOLOTOR products may be sold via:
    • Approved physical retail locations
    • Approved online stores owned by the retailer
  • Third-party marketplace sales (Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, etc.) are prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing.

Returns & Damages

  • All claims for shortages, defects, or damages must be made within 5 business days of receipt.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Approved claims will be replaced, repaired, or credited at BOLOTOR’s discretion.

Territory Protection

  • BOLOTOR does not guarantee exclusive territories unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
  • Requests for exclusivity will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis based on sales volume and commitment.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Changes or cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of order placement.
  • After production or fulfillment begins, changes or cancellations may not be accepted.

By placing a wholesale order with BOLOTOR, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the above terms and conditions.
